Privacy
Face2Face Solutions respects the privacy and confidentiality of our customer's personal information and absolutely will not sell, exchange, or rent any information gathered from our company to any third parties.
Domestic Shipping
Free Domestic Shipping for Orders $75 or more; for orders below $75 the shipping rate is $5.95. Products in stock are normally shipped within 2 business days via Priority Mail. In most cases, orders will be received within 5-7 days. If an item is backordered, the entire order will be processed and shipped once the backordered items are available. Customers will be notified immediately of any backordered items.
Insurance
Shipments are NOT insured. We will do everything possible to locate your shipment; however, if your package is lost or broken, we can NOT reimburse the cost of the goods.
There will be a $2.85 charge if you wish to have your package insured within the 50 United States.
International Shipping
We provide fast and economical delivery of your international order. Most international orders are received within 7-10 days.
All international orders are shipped with a packing slip which does not include itemized pricing. Please make a copy of your receipt once your order is placed of the detailed pricing information to retain for your records.
International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based on each country's specific regulations. Face2Face Solutions is NOT responsible for these actions or reimbursement of Customs fees or Taxes.
Some Countries may hold packages in Customs for longer periods of time. Due to United States Postal Service guidelines, we are unable to locate these packages until 30 days after the shipping date.
We offer two types of shipping for International shipments they are as follows:
Global Priority for Canada and Mexico $7.95 (Estimated time of Delivery 7-10 Days)
Global Priority is $14.95 (Estimated time of Delivery 7-10 Days)
Global Express is $25.95 (Estimated time of Delivery 3-5 Days)
Return Policy
Face2Face Solutions has a satisfaction guarantee on every purchase that you make on our site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@face2facesolutions.com to arrange the return of the unopened product with a copy of the original receipt. We offer in-store credit with a 25% restocking fee on products if returned within 30 days of purchase. You will need a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) which you will receive once you have contacted us via email before you return the product(s). You may return via UPS or other common carriers prepaid and insured. Please retain your shipping receipt for proof of mailing. We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned, and shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable.
Tax
California residents are required to pay sales tax of 8.75%
